Terms of Use

1. This is essentially a private site, and is not intended to be used by me as a home-page, for generally storing my files, etc. Any files placed on this site should be SCA appropiate and generally pertain to the Canton of Border Keep. I realize that any files may be deleted by the administrator without notice.
2. I agree to be bound by the privacy rules set forth in the Middle Kingdom Webminister's Handbook. I also agree that should I place my information on this site in my personal directory, I do so as if I have signed the Middle Kingdom Concent to Publish Form.
3. I agree not to post any materials to this site which are copyrighted, proprietary, etc.
4. I agree to be respectful of others, and refrain from the use of profanity. I also agree that I will not post material of a pornographic or other graphic nature, regardless of format.
5. I agree not to send SPAM or other unsolicited email from this site, and not to make a profit using this site.
6. Some files and information on this site are copyrighted, and their use and/or redistribution may be subject to restrictions, which may be stated in the file in question, in the directory containing that file, or in parent directories. Should I download those files, I hereby agree to those restrictions. NOTE: This is particularly true of works in progress, where no guarentees of production quality can even be remotely made!
7. I acknowledge the fact that all actions are logged with my IP address and the date.
8. I acknowledge these terms, and realize that should I fail to abide by them, it may result in the suspension and/or removal of my account on this site, as well as possibly being reported to my ISP or other parties including law enforment agencies for further action.
9. I acknowledge that these terms are subject to change without notice, and agree to be bound by those terms. Should I not agree with the terms, I will not register with the site, or will request that my account be removed should I already be registered.
